I have found your coaching style fantastic. Through our discussions you’ve given me the space to position and consider and talk through my thoughts, which sometimes are simply that but you are able to engage me in a way to interrogate those thoughts and reflect and develop a view to be able to move forward. This has be so helpful and provided me the space and safety of the subject.
